Our team is committed to finding sustainable ways to package your products. That’s why we love cardboard packaging. It’s one of the most eco-friendly solutions available. Reusable, recyclable and bio-degradable, cardboard hits the sustainability trifecta. This allows us to sleep a little easier knowing that we’re working hard to keep harmful waste out of the environment.

Packaging for the Planet

Cardboard is the most recovered packaging material on the planet. Curbside recycling is available in 96% of communities in the United States and 96% of cardboard is recovered, giving your packaging a second, third, and fourth life. The packaging that you use doesn’t have to be a burden on the planet. For those of you still worried your boxes will end up in a landfill, corrugated cardboard can break down in as little as 3 months!

Cardboard uses a completely renewable resource; trees. Responsibility doesn’t end at using a renewable resource though. The paper industry plants two times as many trees as they harvest. Using responsible forestry techniques, they’ve become one of the most important and outspoken protectors of the planets forests. When stacked up to other materials like plastic, there really is no comparison. Plastic packaging is outmatched in almost every important sustainability indicator.

Just by recycling cardboard we can have a huge impact on the environment.

One ton of cardboard made from recycled material saves 7,000 gallons of water. That’s more than 2 people will use in a year.

Every ton of corrugated material recycled saves 9 cubic feet of landfill space. In the last 40 years the number of landfills has decreased by over 87%.

For every ton of paper recycled there are 17 trees saved!

Sustainably Manufactured Boxes

We strive to manufacture using recycled material whenever we can. Our ownership proudly owns and operates a group of recycled paper mills. This gives us, and our customers, easy access to high-quality recycled paper. The teams at these plants are constantly finding new ways to improve. Our plants focus on using best practices that manage our materials as efficiently as possible, and we continue to integrate new technologies and methods to further this goal.

Our sustainable packaging boxes help us conserve resources as much as possible. In the facilities that manufacture your boxes, we make sure that no scrap goes to waste. Any extra material we use gets compacted and recycled at the nearest paper mill!

You can trust us to continue creating sustainable packaging that supports our environment and protects and recycles our valuable resources.
