BuyBoxes Order Policies
All orders submitted to buyboxes.com may be subject to additional charges including, but not limited to the following conditions. Customers will be informed when additional payments are required and work on the order will continue after payment is received.
Final proofs are provided within 2 business days of receiving the order and necessary graphic files. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to follow up and reach out to obtain proof approval. If approval is not received within 14 business days we will ship as is. By submitting the order you’re acknowledging this policy.
Incoming Files:
Graphics designed and submitted on Buyboxes editor – No additional charge
Graphics submitted on Buyboxes provided die line* – No additional charge
Graphics submitted on a non-Buyboxes die line* – $50.00
Graphics repurposed from previous Buyboxes order – $25.00
Buyboxes graphic design services – $50 per hour
Photoshop Image Retouching – $50 per hour
Custom Color Matching – $25.00 per color
Changes to Submitted Orders
Text Modifications: Typos, Changes, Sizing, Font – $15.00 per round of changes
Images: Modification, Replacement – $15.00 per round of changes
Box Dimension Modifications – $50.00 per round of changes
Order Cancelations
Order cancelled prior to creation of Art Proof – Full Refund
Order cancelled before Art Proof approval – $25.00
Order cancelled after art approval and prior to printing – $50.00
Order cancelled after printing – No Refund
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will be subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
* Art and graphics should be kept at least 1/8” (.125”) from all knives and scores, as print-to-cut registration can shift slightly during production. This ensures important art won’t appear on the wrong panel or be cut off during production. Please be aware this distance may increase depending on printing method, especially in larger quantity orders.
